This is great news

From the 1st of May each year the dog exclusion zones always change on the seafront in Seaton. We have received a few reports from local businesses and the public that there is general confusion over the conflicting signage on the Esplanade. This has now been rectified by EDDC, so to clarify, the summer restrictions are as follows:

Dogs to be on leads at all times on the whole of the Esplanade (from the Hideaway Café to Trevelyan Road/Axe Yacht Club) This applies all year round
No dogs on the centre of the beach at all (between Castle Hill and Trevelyan Road) between 1st May and 30th September
Dogs are allowed off leads on the beaches at the Seaton Hole end to the West and the Axe Yacht Club end to the East.
