UPDATE 25/06 @ 14:14: THIS DOG HAS NOW BEEN REUNITED WITH HIS OWENERS - THANKS FOR THE SHARES

This male Bracco Italiano dog was handed to us earlier today. He was found between Toynton All Saints and the A16 (coming into Spilsby).

He appears to be chipped but there are no current details on it. If he is yours or you know who he belongs to, please call us on 01507 601111.

My partner and I sat this morning listening to the weather and her first reaction was “god it’s going to be hot, lots of heat stroke cases will be coming in” and that itself speaks volumes that we as pet owners need to take more responsibility on keeping our pets safe,. Heat stroke is very preventable and realistically shouldn’t be such a regular occurrence, there’s enough information out there to state how to keep dogs safe in this heat and I’d always avoid walking them during high peaks too. They can wait until night time when it’s nice and cool! Let’s not risk their lives and keep our vet practices free for another animal that may need the emergency treatment for something unavoidable.

I don’t want to hear about the dogs abroad because it’s a whole different ball game for our pets here. Stay safe, stay hydrated and stay cool 😎

Digby is thoroughly enjoying his puppy classes at Debbie's.
We can highly recommend.

You’ve just picked up your new puppy and your life has turned upside down! There’s toilet training, are they going to sleep at night, when should you start training them!! Aaaargh!

There’s so much more to think about than just those puppy cuddles! So if this is you right now and you’re sat there thinking all of the above. Then why not get in touch and find out all about our next puppy course which starts on Saturday 20th July.

It’s a fun and informative course with lots of help and support for you and your new puppy. Each course has no more than 8 puppy’s and with two instructors, you’ll have plenty of individual support too.

There’s still time to join the fun!!

If you hadn’t already seen, we’re having a fun agility taster day on the 16th of June! And there’s only a couple of time slots left!

The day is all about agility and how much fun it is to share this type of activity with your dog! We have a fabulous agility course with jumps tunnels and so much more. So lots of obstacles for your dog to learn and you both to have amazing fun!

If you’d like to book one of our last remaining slots, just send us a message. But it’s first come, first served!

The cost is £10 for the hour.
