If you need to reschedule or you feel your dog can wait due to the hot weather let us know and we will try to accommodate.

The salon has air conditioning so it’s really quite cool in here and we are also using the dryers and blasters on the cold settings.

Please bring your dogs by car where possible, we don’t want them burning their feet.
Also for your dogs comfort whilst with us make sure they go toilet and have a drink and where possible feed after the groom.

If for any reason we feel your dog is not coping we may call you to collect and reschedule.

We are fully booked till End of October and we are working extremely hard to get the cancellation list down.
