Sadly we seem to have found ourselves here yet again… even by people that we know 😢
There is only so much more we can both take, both financially & mentally. Is it exhausting, constantly having to chase people, constantly having to issue court papers (which takes up our valuable time!)
It upsets us that yet again our kindness has been taken advantage of 😢
We can not carry on like this 💔
We are drained, we are tired & we feel really hurt.
As always, we thank the wonderful majority of the families that we look after. 💕

A post that has taken a lot of thought in posting & one we wish we didn’t have to do…
We always strive to offer a second to none service for all our clients, we do it because we take great pride in what we do, helping families at one of their most devastating times.
We offer a bespoke service (as most of you are aware) with loved ones home either the same day or following day.
We quite often will help families during the middle of the night, late evenings & weekends - all without any hesitation.
Unfortunately, going forward from the 01/03 payments for our services will now be required prior to arrangements due to the % of people that expect us to wait months & months for payments or not at all.
We are owed in thousands of pounds at present. Despite this large amount of outstanding payments, we still offer the exact same service to the families that need us.
We still have to pay for all of our supplies, fuel, electricity, wages and so on.. it is upsetting that to some people we are less of a priority to receive payment for a service that we so highly prioritise for them.
Our home euthanasia service, that we are extremely pleased to offer, is another large cost that comes from us to our wonderful vets.
We are partnered with Payl8r if you wanted to spread payments out. We are even accommodating monthly payments through bank transfers - as long as we are aware of this & as long as a standing order is agreed & in place.
We are extremely understanding that issues occur, health issues, family issues etc.. but please just be open & honest with us. We will always help in any way that we possibly can - as long as we know we will do all we can.
We accept cash, card, bank transfer, cheque & as mentioned payment plans.
Most of all families are absolutely amazing, unfortunately its small % that are ruining it for others.
We hate to take payment up front as it feels to us very formal & ‘just after the money’ this couldn’t be further from the truth but the outstanding payments are taking its toll on us both and we would hate to not be able to offer the outstanding service that we do.
We have now sadly started issuing small claims court letters… again something that is completely against our nature. However, we now have no other choice.
A big thankyou to everyone that continues to support us - most of you are just fantastic!
If anyone has any questions or queries please just ask.
