Good afternoon,

Just a gentle reminder that missed appointments and cancellations less than 24 hours in advance do have a charge of £20 to cover the loss of the appointment.

We understand that things pop up and plans change but if you let us know we can usually swap appointments to accommodate and help where we can! 🥰

Please check appointments in advance to make sure you can attend and if you can’t we will do what we can to make a new appointment work for you 😊

Had the best day yesterday celebrating baby steadman 💓 completely overwhelmed with how spoilt she already is!
With a 9 week countdown (as of tomorrow) and 7 weeks left at work I’d just like to thank everyone for the support and love (and baring with whilst we sort appointments super far in advance😂) 💕 I really do have the best customers dogs and humans 💝
And whilst I’m here just would like to give a shout out to the best work partner for putting up with me over the past nearly 6 years 😱 and taking the reins whilst I go off to have baby 💕 Ella you’re the best ⭐️ thank you for everything you’ll be a brilliant baby aunty like you are to the pups 🐶
