Notice to all customers!
If you would like an appointment in December, please please could you message me over the next week or so to get booked in?

Friday 22nd December I will be running my Seasonal Spritz again so if you want just a bath and blowdry (this does not involve brushing or haircuts!) right before Christmas then please message me to book that in now also!

I am then taking some time off to spend with my own doggo from the 23rd and will be back in the salon on the 9th of January 😀

I am experiencing a large number of no shows, last minute cancellations and lateness dropping off and picking up.
I hate having to enforce my terms and conditions but I have no choice as this is having a huge impact on me as a small business.

Here are my T&C's

● I require a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or fail to attend, you will be charged 50% of the fee in the first instance. And thereafter you will be charged 100%, to be paid within 24 hours or no further appointments can be booked until the account it settled. Of course extreme circumstances apply and I am always understanding.

●If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may have to refuse your dog or not complete their groom as this has a big knock on effect for the rest of the day.
If you miss your appointment due to being late then the above terms apply.

● An estimated pick up time is given and a message usually 20-30 minutes before they are ready. I am unable to keep your dogs for longer than their appointment as I don't have the space and I pride myself on running a 1-1 service especially for my nervous clients.
Late collection does incur a fee.

Now we are getting warmer spells of weather its a perfect time to start booking in your dogs' summer haircuts 😀
I recommend keeping them on a regular schedule and booking in your next groom in advance to save disappointment if I am full and can't fit you in when they are desperate.
