Oaklands Boarding Kennels is a fully licenced family run business located in the heart of the countryside, just 3 miles from the town of Stafford, easily accessible from junction 14 of the M6 and just 2 miles from Staffordshire County Showground. Our

fully insulated kennel system with individual outside runs and heated sleeping compartments set in 8 acres of the countryside is what lets us provide a caring comforting and enjoyable stay for your dogs, by giving them everything they may need, from regular exercise to a warm cosy bed.

🚨Important Infomation🚨

Between the 17th of June and the 26th of June, Highway repairs and maintenance works will be performed on the A513 Beaconside. Also from Monday 24th June the B5066 will be closure from the Dog and Doublet inn and Sandon Bank for 4 weeks while work is being completed on the bridge.

We are still fully accessible via alternative routes

Please be sure to plan your journey beforehand and allow yourself enough time for any possible delays. If you arrive outside our opening hours, you risk being turned away.

Hi I’m Frankie!
I haven’t worked at Oaklands for very long but I already love it. The staff are so welcoming and have really made me feel like part of the team. I love getting to know all the dogs’ personalities and seeing all the different breeds that stay with us. I love all animals and have ridden horses for about 10 years but I’ve grown up with my miniature labradoodle Max and I’m definitely a dog person so this is the perfect job for me!

Hi I’m Katie,
I haven’t been working at oaklands for long but the time I have been here I’ve enjoyed every second of it. I absolutely adore animals and I’m so greatful that I get to spend time with dogs aswell as going to work🥰
I have a puppy called Ralph and my favourite breed of dogs are German shepherds and retrievers.

Hi im Hallie and I have just joined the team at oaklands🐾💓
I am so passionate about dogs and I love meeting all of the new faces and getting to know each dogs personal traits and quirks!
I have grown up with many different breeds, from border terriers, Rottweilers and Staffordshire bull terriers. At home I have a Staffie called Bella who means the absolute world to me!
It’s safe to say staffies are definitely my favourite breed!❤️

We are currently full from the 25th July until the 12th August, there is very limited availability left for the rest of August 🐶
Anyone who already has a booking please be sure to pay your 50% deposit to secure your booking.
We need all owners to bring in there dogs vaccination cards and due to new regulations we require some extra information (microchip number, age, spayed or neutered status and any allergies)
You can keep your dogs profile up to date yourself by logging in online 💻
Our on site grooming service is available during your dogs stays so please pre book any full grooms, nail trims or freshen up baths 🛁
