As itâs International Dog Day, we wanted to take a moment to say a massive thank you to the dogs that started this all.
Teddy and Lavender are our two brilliant pups. Because of our passion for giving them the best, we started making high-quality treats for them at home. Our little jellies turned out to be their favourite and after my work contract changed in March, I had time on my hands and not much to do with it! It was at this time that Jelly Dog was born from our kitchen table.
Weâve loved running Jelly Dog over the last six months and the response from you guys has been overwhelming! But this post is not about us, itâs about our dogs. Hereâs a little bit about them both:
Teddy is an 11-month-old Labrador. He is the most wonderful and loving boy, who always knows how to challenge our patience and cause complete mayhem. Ted always likes to remind us that heâs a teenager and has ALL the attitude to come with it. That said, he is starting to grow up to be the dog of our dreams and we wouldnât change him for the world.
Lavender is a 3-year-old (approx) Spanish rescue who has been with us for seven months. We donât know much about her past, but we know that she was picked up from the street. We still have a long way to go with her but you would struggle to find a stronger, kinder, or more gentle dog in this world. She has become the best big sister to Teddy and is never afraid to put him in his place!
To you all, we thank you for continuing to support our little jelly business. Providing fun natural treats to you all is an absolute pleasure and thereâs nothing that makes me happier than seeing all your pups enjoying their jelly!
