People have obviously either forgotten what happened with Flora or haven't been told that dogs get stolen from outside shops. I've stopped and watch 2 dogs at different places today whilst they were left outside, watching whilst their owners shopped and waiting until they came out. Please remind people not to do this 🐕🐕🐕
