Just wanting to say a huge thank you to all my lovely/amazing customers for being so patient and understanding I am now back in work grooms are taking me slightly longer but I’m getting there.
I’m contacting everyone in cancellation order so if I haven’t been in touch yet I’ve not missed you I will be as soon as I can, I appreciate everyone’s grooms will be behind and again I totally understand if you can’t wait it’s no problem at all especially now the warm weather has finally arrived. I will work as much as I can to get through my appointments but I am on my own and there is only so much I can do so please bare with me 🥰 oh also if you have messaged me and I have not replied I’m not being rude I just have a lot of messages and I’m working long hours at the moment x

Just want to say a huge thank you to all of my lovely customers for being so understanding over the last few weeks 🩷 my cast is due to come off on the 2nd of May obviously if I can get back to work before then ofcourse I will but at the moment I’m not able to confirm a date yet I’m sorry, I totally understand everyone that’s had to get grooms whilst waiting 🥰 but I will make sure I work all hours possible to catch up once I can.
If you have messaged me and I have not replied I apologise I am working through those messages at the moment I’ve found the last few wks quite difficult but am snapping myself out of it and concentrating on going forward thank you so much again and I am sorry for any inconvenience I have caused 🩷 xx

Poochey is going to be closed until at least Monday 😢 possibly longer I will message booked appointments to let everybody know. Unfortunately I have broken my wrist ive been told 6 wks recovery but can’t not work for that long 😳 so waiting for my appointment with the fracture clinic then go from there. I totally understand if you have appointments booked and you have to go elsewhere 🤞🏼 I won’t loose you forever I’m so sorry for any inconvenience it causes 😞 x

Happy new year to all my amazing poochies and there amazing owners I feel so lucky to have a job like mine and I love all the dogs I have like they are my own, my job is testing and tiring and bloody physical especially when there isn’t much to me 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣 but I wouldn’t change it for the world, I’m animal obsessed 🤷🏼‍♀️🤣 🥳🥂 #########
