A little reminder that we offer a drop-in service and dog walking, but plenty of notice is needed so we can work around our grooming schedule ❤️

Christmas is fast approaching, if you know you've got a day out where the pup(s) can't come, then why not book us to visit / walk your pups and give you comfort that they've had a lovely time. We send pupdates for reassurance, as we know we would appreciate the same!

A polite reminder on our cancellation policy and time-keeping with appointments..

We appreciate some things are unavoidable, but we have experienced many last minute cancellations/ considerable lateness on drop off/ collection and even some no shows.. all resulting in a loss of income, but still left with the same overheads.

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy, in cases of cancellations in less than 48 hours we will require a minimum of 50% of the booked appointment cost.

If you realise you can't make your appointment on time or collect your pooch on the agreed time, please let us know with plenty of notice so that we can make arrangements. This is especially in cases where your pup is not good with other dogs, as this then means we have to hold off the next customer and this has a knock-on effect on the rest of our day.

Apologies for the essay, but as a small business, these missed appointments/ last minute cancellations have a drastic effect on our day (lots of waiting around) but also loss of income.. imagine working for 2 hours and not getting paid..

Most of our customers are amazing and respectful, but for repeatedly missed appointments/ late cancellations, we will have to insist on full payment upfront on booking.

Or perhaps your able to purchase a few food items to help. Let's make sure all the dogs have food for Christmas. Brambles is an amazing charity and very close by.

We are feeling SO festive, these pawgeous pups are looking their finest for Santa Paws! 🎄🎁🐾

December is our busiest time of the year. From 01.12 we will be sending a reminder to all clients. If a appointment is missed we will not be able to rebook you this year. However if your unable to make the time/ date we can always try and swap your appointment with another client. We love Christmas and just want it to run smoothly. 🌲🎅🌲
