For anyone that was previously charlottes clients I am over the moon she can get back to her passion and totally understand if you want to go back to her for dog grooming, and thank you for all your support
🥰 but please give me at least 48 hours notice of cancellation otherwise I will charge full groom as I won’t be able to fill slots at short notice thank you jen x

Hi everyone I’m away for a week from 17th June so please get in touch if you need an appointment before that ! I’ve been having a lot of last minute cancellations so unfortunately I will need to start charging a cancellation fee as I take out the time for each dog with only working 1 to 1 so I can’t get the slot filled in time and just a polite reminder to please check your dogs for fleas before appointments as I hate to turn dogs away but cant risk my other clients picking them up and it then costs me for treating my room .thank you 🥰
