🔹️Livery spaces available🔹️

We have spaces available for DIY or ASSISTED DIY on our yard in Swinderby, Lincoln.

🔹️DIY £152 p/mth. Includes stable, paddock,and use of facilities. Mon to Fri during winter, we include fetch in and feeds given am/pm (feed to be provided by the owner)🔹️

🔹️Assisted DIY £192 p/mth. Includes stable, paddock, and use of facilities. Mon to Fri during winter, we turn out, fetch in, and give feeds am/pm (feed to be provided by owner). Mon to Fri during summer, we do a daily field check🔹️

🔹️Individual or group paddocks.
🔹️24/7 turnout available during summer. Must be stabled overnight in winter.
🔹️water feed to all stables.
🔹️Outdoor floodlit fibre school.
🔹️Showjumps.
🔹️Paddock for jumping in summer.
🔹️Tack room with individual tack storage.
🔹️Feed room.
🔹️Individual storage area for hay and bedding.
🔹️Excellent off-road hacking.
🔹️Extra services are available when required (at cost).
