This is why i don't shave down dogs twice a year or double coats of go from very long to short in the summer.

My Walter is double coated even though he's a cockapoo, I keep him long but shed him out. But I also get a lot of people telling me I should shave him when out walking as it's hot. (When ita early or late and cool 🤦‍♂️) but he's maintained throughout the year. Without the shock of going long to short.

So I will be selling these intensive toothpastes for £15. These are the ones I use in conjunction with me specialist toothpaste for the Emmi Pet. To put in before on really bad teeth to really help me break down the plaque even more.

I will only have 5 initially, but if they are popular will get more

Definitely recommend this guy for tips, my job relies on being Relaxed, I'm never as calm in my life as I am grooming 😅
Being calm makes a world of difference as dogs pick up on your anxieties. It's why I may not over fuss or just take your dog straight in, unless I really know them. As I need to be calm and make the whole thing feel normal and not a big deal until we know each other. So please don't think I'm not fussing because I don't want to, it's because we haven't got to know each other yet properly and I want the whole process to be a normal thing for your dog.
This is why I love specialising in nervous and rescue dogs, I find the handling just as important as the groom 🫶

#emmipetteethcleaning Brackens first time and you can see because the toothbrush is quiet and doesn't require brushing, it's much more accommodating for dogs. After this they really don't mind the descaling

As you can see with Bracken, the Emmi Pet isn't a painful experience, he's only 8 months old and was falling asleep for this. So well behaved and great for him to not only be used to grooming from a young age, but his teeth being maintained too

Coco and Shelby came in today to have baths and deshedding. Their nails done and they really seemed to love the dryer and their Hoodie to stop the noise 😄
