On Friday, we said goodbye to our darling 15 year old girl.
With me for over half of my life- through all of my biggest steps, highs and lows.

I am absolutely gutted as she was an angel.

Sniffing is your dog's way of making sense of the world around them - and it provides lots of mental stimulation, which can help keep their brain healthy as well as their body. 10 minutes of intense sniffing in dogs' has been shown to lower heart rate and reduce stress. It is also the equivalent of an hours walk !

That’s why we love using our enclosed paddocks ! It means your dog can be curious and follow their natural instincts of following scents whilst you can know your dog is always safe. 🥰

Have you got a puppy that needs socialising ?

A well-socialised puppy will find it easier to navigate life. You’ll be able to take them confidently along with you, knowing that they can cope with situations.

We’ve all met dogs who bark and lunge when they see other dogs, or who are fearful
around certain people. Often, it could be easy to assume that they’ve had a bad experience or been hurt in the past. That’s not always the case, however. Simply having had no experience of being around other dogs, for instance, can be enough for some dogs to turn to fearful or aggressive displays because they are trying to keep themselves safe from a situation they never learned was safe.

Puppies are all different – some are naturally brave little characters while others are more timid. Whatever your puppy’s temperament, investing some time in socialising them while they’re young will equip them with skills for life and enable them to cope with most situations they may meet.

So every Wednesday 9-10, I offer a puppy socialising service. Your puppy will have up to an hours block where they can socialise, play and learn from each other. This will be in an enclosed and private paddock meaning your puppy will be in a controlled and safe environment where they can explore and learn how to play with other dogs.

The session is £16 per puppy and will include pick up and drop off.

The sessions timings will start short and grow with them. This will be communicated with you. If you have any questions about this service, please message me.

Secure private dog walks with a licensed and insured walker 🐾

I have had some messages enquiring about the dog walking services I offer as it is giving owners peace of mind knowing I walk all dogs in an enclosed and private field, especially with the horrible dog attacks that seem to be occurring more often.

Firstly, our dogs are our babies so we want the best for them. So please ask any further questions you need to !

🐾 Your dog is walked in a secure paddock meaning they are safe from escaping no matter the recall level !

🐾This means no encounters with unknown potentially aggressive dogs or their owners

🐾Your dog is walked with other dogs that have been through probation with me and I know they are friendly

🐾 I will never walk more than 6 dogs at a time. Both paddocks I use are checked regularly so it’s all about playing and having a good time

🐾 I am fully licensed and fully insured

🐾 I have several diplomas and qualifications including canine first aid and canine behaviour

🐾 I have experience in nervous and anxious dogs as well as rescues

🐾 I have experience with both small and large breeds

🐾 If you are looking to tailor a walk around your dogs requirements, I’m happy to have a discussion and see how I can help ! Alternatively, you and your dog are welcome to join me to test the waters. 🐾
