Dear customers and fury friends- I have been made aware from several platforms that there is a new illness/ virus spreading that is effecting our dogs and causing symptoms such as ;
- sickness/ vomiting- seen in frequent episodes, however can stop for a duration of time (such as overnight) then resume again.
-diarrhoea
-Lethargy
Please, if your dog is showing any such symptoms call and re arrange your appointment without any hesitation as it’s believed that this virus can spread very easily between dogs, surfaces and environments they’ve been in.

This is not only for the protection of my own dogs but my loyal and loving customers too❤️

I will also be putting a few extra protective procedures in place to make sure there is no risk in your pet visiting for there pamper time- this will include deep sanitisation of my working stations and staggered appointments to ensure no unnecessary mixing with any other dogs.
