Guinea Pig fact 🥰
Guinea pigs are surprisingly chatty little creatures:
they use over 11 distinct sounds to communicate with
each other and with humans. From excited ‘wheeks’
when they hear food coming, to low rumbles that
signal dominance, and even teeth chattering when
they’re annoyed... these little pets have a lot to say!

Update:

Now our friend is more settled we have some photos.

Someone must be missing this one!

We have had a very scared and timed cat bought into us. It is so scared we are unable to see if it is a male or female but there is no chip or collar. The cat is grey and was found near the toll house Totnes.

It appears to be in good health but as we cannot handle it we cannot be certain.

Toxins your pet should avoid during autumn 🍪🍫

With Halloween prompting an influx of chocolate in the house, it is fairly common for pets to try and sneak a taste.
Dogs in particular are likely to try and eat chocolate, but it is also toxic to cats 🐈
The darker the chocolate and the higher concentration of cocoa (and
therefore theobromine), the more severe the effects can be. Chocolate also contains caffeine, which is also unsafe for dogs and cats alike.
Even if you only suspect your pet has ingested a small amount of chocolate,
the negative affects still need to be addressed.
Large amounts can be very dangerous, so either way it's best to speak to
your vet for further instruction. If possible, have the packet available so the
vet can calculate how much theobromine your pet has ingested.
