Please look out for Peppa! Her owners are distraught and we are hoping for her safe return!

This is my dog. She answers to Peppa. She’s 4yo, extremely kind , terrier Patterdale, trained gun dog, very protective , natural hunter. Went missing from our garden in Stockton on Monday morning, 24th June. She was not wearing her collar. She is microchipped and registered with Animal tracker and currently listed as missing. She could be hiding in a hedge, hungry , thirsty , disoriented , frightened and missing our pack. Please help us find her by sharing.

We are still very much searching for this little cat that escaped his basket on the way in to us on Monday. There has been a sighting thismorning along New Road not far from us and we have been down to search and call/shake treats etc but with no luck. Please could I urge all residents of the village to keep an eye out in gardens etc, as this cat is not local so will be completely lost. Thankyou

Missing cat - Today around 16:00hrs (Monday 10th June 2024) when taking our cat to the Codford Vets Mini escaped due to his cat carrier breaking. We are growing increasingly worried about his whereabouts. Mini is a completely black cat, very faint white hairs on bottom of the neck. Mini is friendly and should generally respond to his name. He isn’t from Codford and his family is based in Hanging Langford. Please if people could kindly keep and eye out and check sheds that would be much appreciated. Please contact Sarah on 07950 332555. Handsome Chino here is having snuggles with one of our qualified (and chihuahua-mad!) veterinary nurses after his dental treatment. Chino's teeth have been thoroughly scaled, polished, x-rayed and a few sore teeth extracted. We're happy to report he's more comfortable now!

Huge achievement today for some of our team! 4 of us ran in the Bournemouth Bay 10K and what an amazing day for it! Not regular runners, we’ve been training hard and today we did it! 🏃🏽‍♀️☀️We have been raising money for Salisbury Women’s refuge which are an amazing charity doing such important work to support women and children needing help. Thankyou to everyone who has wished us well, both our colleagues and clients, and donated to help us raise the money that we have (there’s still time for a donation ☺️ link in the comments)
For now, we are going to put our feet up!

Check out this before and after picture of a dog in for a dental scale and polish last week! A build up of tartar can cause damage to the teeth underneath over time, causing pain and also bad breath! On our final run of Christmas hazards, we remember that there can be lots of nuts around at this time of year. Macadamia nuts in particular are toxic to dogs and can cause weakness, vomiting, lethargy and a high temperature amongst other symptoms. Best to check with your vet if unsure if your pet has consumed nuts.

Sweets and lollipops aswell as other things, such as chewing gum and toothpaste, can contain Xylitol. This is now sometimes listed in ingredients as Birch sugar. This sweetener is toxic to dogs and should be avoided completely!

Alcohol can have the same effects on pets as it does us, and can leave them feeling very unwell. Ensure drinks are not left unattended or within reach, as well as foods containing alcohol!
