Thank you to the very kind lady who dropped off theses wonderful donations towards the care of our current 33 guinea pigs.

This morning we took in 13 piggy’s from a lady who sadly could no longer afford to keep them. They all were immediately bathed and flea treated.there all lovely natured females who will be looking for a home once’s vet checked.

With an increase in Guinea pigs and more on the waiting list we desperately need more c and c cage bars. This will allow for more space and new areas in the new Guinea pig shed meaning we can rescue more piggies in need of our help.

This poor little baby was found wandering in the road in Thrapston near the livestock market. He was luckily handed in to Thrapston vets. It is believed he was from the fur and feather (sold for pets) sale of animals at Thrapston livestock market or escaped. He really shouldn’t be away from mum yet! Luckily Happy Piggles Guinea Pig Sanctuary took him in and is giving him the best care. We have visited the market to see if we could find anyone that has the mum or information with no luck. Please get in touch if you have any information.

This tiny little boy was handed into thrapston vets after being found wondering alone in the streets he's less than a week old and we are worried for his siblings and mum please can everyone keep a look out if you live in the thrapston area or have info

Meet twig, twigs been with us for a few years and was very skitish when she arrived and couldn't be handled without alot of scratches. After time and patiences she now loves a fuss, takes treats from your hand and always one of the first to the daily zooms round the room!

I am heartbroken to say that our cheeky sweet special salty is no longer with us . She pasted away peacefully in my arms after being In a lot of pain from suspected sepsis after an operation to remove a bladder stone. She was a very special loving girl who will never be forgotten.
