🚨 ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

Hi everyone, this is just a polite notice to remind you all about our cancellation / no show policy.
Over the last few weeks we’ve had a rising number of cancellations and no shows which has a huge impact on us as we are a small independent business. We ask for 48 hours notice to give us the best chance of filling the appointment. Anything less than 48 hours notice we require a full payment of the missed appointment.
