Some amaranth, red cabbage and beetroot micros - chosen by a 7 year old for his packed lunch for holiday club tomorrow ........of course he wanted ketchup on them 🤦‍♀️💁‍♀️😂 but we will take it as a win and pack in the nutrients where we can

So it's decided we will be going ahead and introducing a new range going forward due to popular request. A variety of Kratky hydroponic lettuces - lolla rosa, lola bionda, green and red salad bowl and cocarde. Grown all year round under full spectrum LED lighting. Delivered still alive in its container. Currently while we are finding our feet we will be offering 50 per week and they'll be good to go in 4 weeks time

We've let our Alfalfa grow and it looks so delicate and beautiful.
Alfalfa is known to be used as a herbal supplement and helps lower cholesterol, aids in blood sugar management and menopausal symptoms and is a great antioxidant. This little herb is also a great feed for livestock too
