I was hoping I’ll never have to go trough this or write it.

My beloved Cindy that was rehomed last year is missing. The owner was letting her out - even though I was told that she will never do that. Letting cats outside especially pure breed is very dangerous. They don’t have that strong survival instinct in their genes comparing to stray wild cats.

I would never rehome one of my children if I knew that they would be let outside without supervision.

She is missing since 1 sepmteber I just found out now, you know how? I wanted to create an album with pictures of my kittens and that’s how. I can’t get over it and can’t stop crying. The worse part is that as a breeder I must be prepared that people will lie to me and let my babies out without supervision.

Why do you lie? Why don’t you care enough about your children? How can you be so sure that your cat will come back home? That it won’t be hit by car? Attacked by animal, other cat? Get sick with felv or fiv and die suffering? Or stolen? Why would you take that risk?

I know that not everyone treat cats like children but I do and I feel like just one of my children died. I can’t get over it. I hope that people who read this will learn.

Cindy I hope you found better family in that tragedy…
