WE LOVE BATS! We think bats should be kept safe at all cost. Bats in Dun Laoghaire have a certain je ne sais quoi about them.

Remember, only cuddle a bad if you have prior written permission, the bat may not want to be touched! To the naked eye they are the vermin of the sky, rats of the air or skinny black pigeons. To us at Dun Laogharie Bats Awareness they are much much more. We aim to bring the plight of the bat to the surface of society and integrate them in to this fine city we live in.
