The 2 boys are back beside the marsh in sporting there fancy GPS colars . They have been there nearly 6 weeks, and the effects can start to be seen.

These 2 boys jobs are to help break down the old grass swarthy to give access through the area for small animals and give access to additional nesting site for birds previously unavailable due to the overgrown and old swarth.

Push the old swath down into the ground to allow new growth and let the old growth be broken down by nature.

Help to reduce the fire load of the old swarth by pushing down the old dry swarth into the ground to be broken up naturally by bugs and soil the soil bacteria and creating paths which act as natural fire breaks encase of a fire.

The ewes and new lambs chilling out yesterday with all the flocking sea birds.

One of the main benefits of using sheep for conservation grazing is that it keeps the grass nice and low to allow the sea birds to have a safe place to land and rest. Long overgrown grasses can give too much shelter to predators to hide in. Therefore, the flocking birds will not land.
