Please understand that when you forget or cancel an appointment without giving enough notice (minimum 48 hours) I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment, also, clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive my services.
As a small business that is a big impact on my ability to earn a living and provide high quality service.
I understand unforeseen circumstances can occur in everyone s life, so I will take into consideration emergencies.

Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result a cancellation fee.
No shows will incur a No show charge in the next appointment,what it could be made only after payment.

There will be €20 deposit (€40 for big breeds) taken prior to all grooming session for when making the appointments (has to be paid at time of making appointment or within 48 hrs.
Without deposit payment the appointment is not confirmed and will be cancelled. (You can use Revolut, Online CardPayment, PayPal for deposit payments)
The deposit will be taken off the price of the full groom when its finished.
Deposits are non-refundable if no show occur.

A reminder message of your appointment will be sent via SMS the day before your appointment, that gives you the last opportunity to cancel your appointment if you are unable to attend, however a cancellation notice is at least 48 hrs.
Please do not rely on the reminder messages as sometimes phones networks can stop work or block messages.

Almost 80% of dogs over the age of 8 are diagnosed with arthritis.

That is a huge , huge number, and we need to work on reducing the potential of our furbabies developing arthritic conditions from an early age.
