Hi everyone,

I am reaching out to all you fine folk for some assistance. There is a lovely family near us that are coming to the end of their rental period on their current property in about 3 months. They are in the trim area and are hoping to stay in the trim area due to work, friends and school.

I said I would put it out on this page to try and help them find a new place to rent.

I am hoping that someone here either has accommodation that is available or becoming available or knows someone that has accommodation available.

If you you don't currently have or know anyone that has anything available right now we'd appreciate it if you keep them in your mind in case you hear of someone in the coming weeks/months.

Preferably located in the countryside around trim but around other locations (Longwood, dunderry, kildalkey etc) would be cool too.

I know it's a big ask but I would be grateful if you could keep them in mind for anything that may come up.

It was a year and a half in the making, and still loads to do, but we have our first oyster mushrooms in our new gourmet mushroom farm here at Trim Alpacas. We'll be expanding soon (it'll probably take another year for me to get the time to actually do it) so will be able to ramp up to the point we can sell on a regular basis. For the time being it will be one week a month until the expansion.

Every single night these 2 boys sit and guard the ducks from foxes from the time the ducks are locked up at 22:00 to when they're let out in the morning.

People say that alpacas are good flock guards and here's the proof.
