Bed and Bones

Bed and Bones Bed and Bones is an alternative to traditional kennelling for your dog where we look after your dog Bed and Bones is run by Catherine and Declan Traynor.

Being pet owners ourselves (we have three dogs and two cats!), we understand the stresses of having to leave your dog in traditional kennels. We volunteer with Dogs in Distress fostering dogs that eventually find adoptive families, although two of our dogs were dogs we fostered, but couldn't say goodbye to!! We accept well behaved dogs that get on well with other dogs (and cats!) with up to date v

accinations. We are based just outside VIrginia, Co. Cavan with large gardens and plenty of local walks and lakes to keep your pet busy! We recommend that you supply the food for your dog, as a change of brands can cause an upset stomach, although we do use high quality food. It is also a good idea to bring your dog's bed and toys/ball to make them feel comfortable and of course their lead for their daily walks.
