Dear pet parents 2 days before we received 7 yrs old lab male with tumour in the abdomen lateral . We did blood test , blood test was normal so we fix the surgery today morning at 11 o clock .
We did the surgery with inj propofol induction and maintain the anaesthesia with isoflurane gas anaesthesia.
(This anaesthesia is very safest one even in very young puppies to too old dogs . Especially for cesarian section this gas anaesthesia is 100 percent safe to mother and puppies ).
After surgery the pet recovered with in 10 min now he is doing well .

Hi friends
Today we receive a beagle female 2 years old who named as steffy . She delivered one male baby yesterday night and more female puppy inside the uterus she not able to deliver then we did ultrasound one puppy with big head size . And also puppy have no heart beat . So
We decided to save mother and start cesarian section and successfully surgery did now mother and puppy doing good .

Hi friends!!!
Yesterday night we received one great dane female at the age of 2 and half years old with history of bloated abdomen .
Immediately we took right lateral abdomen x ray that shows GDV ( gastric dialatation and volvulus )
First we treated with gelucil and anti inflammatory. Then intaravenous fluids.
Condition not improved so we decide to put stomach tube to relive the gas from stomach with general anaesthesia ( isoflurane gas anaesthesia) but stomach to didnt reach the stomach because the stomach is twisted.
Then we decided to do surgery finally. Its emergency surgery we start the surgery at 10 pm . In this case severe gastric and enteric dialatation seen and also spleenic torsion noticed .
Once we open the stomach it contain more of undigested chicken liver and heart . This created bloat in at the same time in intestine also undigested chicken heart obstructed the intestine also thats y enteric dialtation .
Finally we remove all the food material from stomach and intestine . Then we fix the stomach ( gastropexy) . And also spleenic torsion corrected . But the spleen was enlarged massively .
After correction of GDV and spleenic torsion abdominal closure was done . After surgery pet was recovered smoothly at the time of 2 o clock .
Pet was monitored continously but suddenly at 3 o clock animal was collapsed due to ventricular fibrillation .
So dear pet parents feeding of ur pet is very important . Feeding is differ from animal to animal and breed to breed especially greatdane we need to take extra care for feeding of protein rich diet . We must split the diet minimum 3 times and maximum 5 times . So please concentrate feed selection and how to feed and all with ur vet only . Dont follow with somebody guidence thats leads to ur lovable pets face critical situation like yesterday we face .
