Petville Kalyaninagar: Kitty's journey is a testament to resilience and the power of care. This brave stray kitten was found in critical condition, with severe dehydration, anemia, and other health issues. Rushed to Petville Clinic on October 24th, our team's swift action, including iron supplements, antibiotics, and nebulizer treatments, led to a remarkable turnaround in just 3 days.

From a mere 400gms at 25 days old, Kitty has now grown to a robust 750gms at one month of age. It's a heartwarming example of how love, dedication, and quality veterinary care can transform a life.

Murphy, a three-month-old Shih Tzu, was brought to Petville Clinic with a ‘cherry eye,’ which is the prolapse of the third eyelid gland. This condition required immediate surgical correction to prevent permanent eye damage. The third eyelid gland serves as an essential protective layer for the eye, particularly during activities like hunting or fighting. Removing the gland was not recommended, as it produces a significant portion of the tear film, essential for maintaining healthy vision. After the successful surgery, Murphy is on the path to a happy recovery.

Normal case of canine indigestion is simply gastric distress that comes from eating the wrong food, too much food, or too much of a certain type of food. Often this causes stomach issues that manifest as symptoms related to: *Nausea *Heartburn *Acid reflux *Diarrhoea You may want to wait out and see if it looks like just a normal gastric distress, offer some probiotic or curd rice so that they clear their tummy. In case of diarrhoea or regular vomiting see your vet immediately.

Some dogs show no symptoms of ear infection aside from a buildup of wax and discharge in the ear canal. But ear infections often cause significant discomfort and affected dogs may show signs such as: * Head shaking * Scratching at the affected ear * Dark discharge * Odor * Redness and swelling of the ear canal * Pain * Itchiness * Crusting or scabs in the ears If your dog is showing any of the common signs of ear infections, it’s important to visit your veterinarian as soon as possible. Quick treatment is necessary not only for your dog’s comfort (these conditions can be painful!), but also to prevent the spread of infection to the middle and inner ear.
