Lily 💕 01/01/2014- 21/01/2022
My queen left her physical form yesterday morning and now she will be with us for ever in the form of peace Lily's in our garden at home 😇🙏
As deeply saddening as her passing is, it has also made us all realise that our loved ones live with us forever in our hearts in the form of the heartwarming moments that they share with us and the lessons that they teach us.
Lily lived a full life and inspired all of us to live larger than ourselves, to always have courage no matter our size and to love with all our heart and soul.
Her personality and courage were always inversely proportional to her size.. little one had picked fights with Rottweilers and streeties and won for some reason and every dog at home was disciplined by her no matter what their size was. She's the only dog in the house who could get away with growling at and biting family members if things did not go her way..
There was just something about her that was so precious 🥺
We're going to miss holding her, squishing her and snuggling upto her like crazy but in our hearts, we know she's always with us - disciplining us and bossing over us just like she's meant to✨
Spent the new years eve in a train on the way to Pune because Satan hasn't been keeping well and 1st Jan 2023 was her 9th birthday..
With the kind of health scares she's had over the past couple months I'm worried this is her last birthday 🥺
What was more worrisome is she asked me to come home ASAP (through animal communication).. Satan's never done that before.. she's always been like I'll take care of stuff and ensure everything goes well..
But I'm extremely grateful we could do a little birthday ritual together.. took her to our favourite dog cafe and where she had cheese bacon fries and chicken from my plate and barked her ass off at another dog..
We don't know what the coming year has in store for us, but we're hoping for the best times and for strength & courage to deal with bad times 😇
Special thanks to my incredibly supportive partner for taking care of Joanna while I was away.. was only able to pull this little celebration off because of your love & support ❤️🤗
The most important part of my trip back home is a walkie time with all my babies ❤️
Joe & Lily are getting older now and it's heartbreaking to watch them go through multiple health issues.. everytime I go i spot a new sign of aging (a slight limp, inability to jump on the bed, slight slips while running, breathlessness 😢) and it reminds me that they may pass on someday..
But then i remember that it may be even more difficult for them to realise that they need to slow down.. and instead of feeling sad we try to do fun things together to make the most of the time we have together..
This time around, my pug - Lily walked a lot with us.. i was happy to watch her energy come back, even if just for a little while.. but by afternoon she was panting and breathless.. it went on for hours until we called her vet and realised that the walking put strain on her heart😔😔😔
We're going to have to take it slow with the babies here on.. not too much walk and play but we don't give up on fun..
Planning to replace walkies with long drives and ice cream.. and we'll do long naps together next time around and I'll get them their favourite bones to chew on..
No matter what happens, however difficult it gets, I'm hoping to have the strength to be by their side with a lot of love in my heart and a smile on my face to make them feel loved, supported & cared for unconditionally just like they've made us all fee forl all these years..
Started training these two little monsters individually today because their behaviour is affecting the behaviour of their Golden Retriever puppy sibling- Jessica..
Toy breeds display the same behaviour problems like jumping excessively/barking or hyperactivity at home.. but due to their size we don't mind the behaviour as the jumping doesn't hurt us and the barking isn't too loud..
But when another bigger breed stays with them, specially a new puppy , they pick on the behaviour quickly and because of their size it starts sn*******ng into a problem that's difficult to control..
After training two out of this pack of three dogs for 2.5 months, we've realised that the third dog needs training too AND they all need group classes after individual training is done to ensure lasting behaviour change..

Spent a couple days with this magnificent hound ..
I've had the pleasure of watching Czar journey since he was a puppy and i felt so much joy when i met him this time because he is a well expercised, well loved and fairly disciplined doggo with a gentle and loving temperament.. he is also learning how to guard his house along with two other Indies..
Kudos to daddy for raising him with so much love, patience, exercise and discipline..
With schools and colleges reopening, a lot of my clients have been wondering how to retrain their dogs to stay alone at home..

The or summers in general can affect our dogs health..
Please ensure they have cold water to drink and cool spaces to rest 😇

took some pictures of me while training her pupper- Fenrir today & while going through them I realised how much my body language now resembles Shailesh Sir's body language🤠
My mother's been telling me this for the past couple months, but the pictures give me a visual and a lot more clarity.. somehow this makes me waaaay to happy ☺️
This means I'm a lot more disciplined and sincere about training and being a good teacher than I used to be and that I could become as good as him some day..
All said and done, if Shailesh Sir sees these pictures, he'll still be able to point out 10 things I can improve on 😅
But I've the right to savour this moment of joy till then 🙈
