A 1.5 year old male chihuahua named Coco came with the history of increased thirst & increased urination since just 2-3days. The owner insisted on blood work. we did the blood work & found his glucose levels are too high than normal. To confirm we called them the next day with 8 hours fasting & also collected urine samples. & Both reports showed that he is DIABETIC. We started him on insulin therapy.
Note- 1) Always go for a blood test whenever you find some unusual symptom with your pet. Be a responsible pet parent.
2) Do not be afraid of starting insulin therapy as it's easy to check glucose at home & to give insulin injections at home.
3) Common symptoms of Diabetes in dogs
- Frequent urination
- Increased thirst
- Rapid weight loss
- Refusal to eat

A female cat of 3 years comes with a history of extensive pus from the vagina,vomiting and anorexia .We did ultrasonography & necessary blood work which showed severe distension of uterus with pus & blood work with high WBC count. The owner wanted to proceed for emergency surgery. We operated the cat under anesthesia.Cat recovered completely after 6 hours post operatively.

A sh*tzu of 2 years old name Oreo was suffering from severe Allergic Dermatitis. He was treated by many vets with different antibiotics, steroids,antifungals . A labrador retriever of 8.5years came with the history of Aural haematoma in left ear 2weeks before .As we have cured many of the aural haematoma with homeopathy medicine very effectively we kept him on Homeopathy medicine but in this case it was not healing. So on close observation inside the ear we found the growth which was causing all the trouble to ear for which the dog was scratching, shaking the head & causing injury to ear. So we operated the dog under Gas anesthesia for aural haematoma & removal of growth inside the ear .The dog recovered immediately after surgery & started drinking water after going home. Male cat of 11 months age was not able to pass urine since yesterday night & was using litter tray frequently but not passing single drop urine.we tried to pass catheter but due to obstruction in urethra we were not able to do it non surgically. We decided to operate & did cystotomy,urethrostomy along with castration.The cat recovered very well from anesthesia & started eating on next day & passing urine through Catheter .

A Dog name Angel was hit by a car & got injured badly with bleeding from nose & in eyes. Swelling on forehead & not able to wag her tail😔 & not even able to close her jaw properly.
