As we are expanding our pet food division at WePet Distribution, we are looking to hire a Vet Advisor and a Vet Surgeon for our key partner brand, Purina. The job candidate will ideally look into onboarding new customers in order to generate sales revenue and also provide exceptional customer service through creating & maintaining the brand value of Purina.
Job Responsibilities
• Plan, develop & implement the Purina brand strategy to increase sales & distribution in the region
• Meet the KPI's set for Lead Generation, Business Development/Sales, Customer Experience
• Influence with integrity by identifying each clinic’s business needs, and then leveraging consumer insights and trends to support your recommendations
• Develop & foster business relationships with healthcare team members: clinic manager, vet partners, vet employees, vet nurses & other vet clients
• Create a positive brand experience by providing top-tier customer service to clients through a consultative selling approach
• Provide Nutritional Pet Food Diet expertise to Veterinarians and their staff through clinic calls, product detailing/comparisons, In-Hospital Trainings and Special Events
• Ensure compliance check on assortment distribution, shelves/ planograms, POSM, secondary placement, leaflets etc
• Market & Competitor analysis to ensure the customer needs are met and with excellent customer experience delivery
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 2-3 years sales experience in veterinary industry, pharmaceutical company or Nutrition Company preferred
• Veterinary Medicine degree is preferable and Veterinary Clinic experience in Myanmar is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication in English is a plus
• Must work well in good teamwork environment
