5. All pre-order items are considered SOLD & FINAL: no returns/exchange/ cancellation after payment is made.
6. A delivery meet up will be set for customers who

purchase above RM50 (KK-Tuaran Area). For those who choose postal services, items will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days.
7. Courier/Flight schedule/Custom are beyond control. We would greatly appreciate your kind understanding and consideration in the timeline of arrival & delivery.
8. East Malaysia Postage: RM 6 (Total weight < West Malaysia Postage: RM 9 (Total weight < 1KG)

5. 确认下单付款后，恕不退换/不兑换。
6. 凡购买RM50以上者，到货后会通知并安排面交（KK-Tuaran区）。选择邮寄的客户请耐心等待，物品安排寄出后至少3天工作日到您手中。
7. 恕不接急单。运输/航班/海关不在控制范围，希望谅解，货到会立刻发货。
8. 东马运费： RM6 (重量 < 1KG)
西马运费： RM9 (重量 < 1KG)
