Lightweight, it is made from harvest procured from an enclosed greenhouse that employs F2F Aquaponics Ecology Farming System. We have been informed by one of our visitors on Sunday (21 March 2021) that the said visitor has been tested positive of Covid-19.

Upon receiving the news, we have undergone Covid-19 test and tested NEGATIVE. As an extra precaution, we are currently on 10-days self-quarantine (as per KKM's guideline).

The Farmhouse will be closed temporarily and will resume business as usual on Thursday, 1 April 2021.

Kale Health Benefits:

1. Vitamin A (important for eye and bone health and a strong immune system), vitamin C (aids in cold and chronic disease prevention), and vitamin K (good for blood clotting and bone-building).

2. Folate, a B vitamin that’s key for brain development.

3. Alpha-linolenic acid, an omega-3 fatty acid. (Although kale has far less omega-3 than fish, it’s another way to get some of this healthy fat into your diet.)
