Loop je tegen een probleem aan in een manouvre of wil je je klaarmaken voor aankomend showseizoen?

Kom dan op 20/21 januari meedoen tijdens de clinic van Kriss Hermus Reining Horses op onze prachtige locatie in Boekel!

Kriss Hermus is erg goed met zowel Futurity als Derby paarden en heeft zijn ervaring en kennis opgedaan bij Craig Schmersal, Casey Deary, Casey Hinton en Jimmy van der Hoeven.

Hij deelt graag al zijn kennis met jullie tijdens zijn clinic. Er zijn nog maar een beperkt aantal plekken beschikbaar. Bezoekers zijn uiteraard ook van harte welkom.

Overdag is de kantine geopend en ‘s avonds organiseren wij een dinner in ons naastgelegen restaurant STOER Events And More.

We believe in sharing knowledge and improve the sport of reining in our area. Therefore we have decided to host weekend clinics every 4-6 weeks at the state of the art training facility of AK Quarter Horses in the Netherlands!!

Depending on the number of participants, riders will participate in groups of 2-4 per session. Each session will take approximately 2 hours and riders will ride 3 sessions per weekend (Saturday-Sunday). On Saturday night, all participants and visitors are welcome to join us for a drink at Stoer Events And More located on site. Check out their website at www.stoerevents.com

Stalls and limited camping spots will also be available!!

AK Quarterhorses is een reiningstal, waarbij de focus bij het fokken en trainen van quarterhorses ligt. Wij zijn gevestigd in het bosrijke boekel, Noord-Brabant.

Voor 3 dagen in de week van zondag t/m dinsdag in de maanden juni, juli en augustus. De werktijden zijn van half 9 tot 5 uur. De werkzaamheden bestaan uit het mesten van de stallen, binnen en buiten zetten, verzorgen, op en afzadelen van de paarden en het netjes houden van de locatie.
Wij zoeken iemand die zelfstandig kan werken met de paarden en zijn verantwoording neemt.

Wat hebben wij te bieden;
- Een goed salaris: €15,00 bruto per uur.
- Een gezellig team en een fijne werksfeer.

INSEMINATION AND EMBRYO FLUSHING!

We extended our stable for the Breeding program. From now on it is possible to bring your mare to our stable for insemination and embryo flushing. We always have a couple of stables available for breeding mares and mares in foal to give birth to. If needed the vet will check the mares several times a day and to find the right moment for insemination. We have also big mare stables with 24/7 camera access for the mares in foal.

Check out this really great run from Kriss and Misswhitefacegun! They marked a 218 1/2 in the finals last Saturday at the IRHA Open Derby!!

We are back home after a week with a rough start, but which ended great!
Miss Maggie Brown unfortunately had got the shipping disease on the way there, so we decided that Kriss would not show her at the IRHA Derby. Misswhitefacegun and I had a good run and learned a lot in the Go-Round of the Non Pro Derby. We were unfortunately out of pattern, so we didn't make the finals. However, due to this Misswhitefacegun and Kriss were able to compete in the Open Derby. This was just as well, because last Saturday they both marked a 218 1/2 in the finals! They ended up 6th in Level 2 in a show with tough competition. This week of ups and downs couldn't have ended any better!!

On the way home, we made a stop at Olivier van den Berg and visited our yearlings. The perfect place for them to grow up! Thanks for all the good care of them.
