Our poor old Archie boy back from the vet today.
Had to take him in for unexpected surgery to have some problem lumps removed after one ruptured last night.
Fingers crossed it dosent come back as cancerous.
Still doped up but he is much happier now crashed out on our bed with his hero daddy 💕

We got to chill with this cutie a few weeks ago while his owners had a nice weekend away, he had blast with our pup deli, & he got sooo many pats, his fur was unbelievably silky! 😍

I just love getting to know my regular walking dogs personalities.
This wonderful boy is just like ours, he loves his walk but doesn't like it if I arrive too early in the morning & interrupt his sleep in 😂

Is has been a very sad week for pet owners, my friends kitten was run over, our parrot took flight, probably taken out by hawks, I couldn't get to him in time but pray he escaped & will find his way home & this morning as we headed out my husband had to scoop someones poor cat off the road.
Please take a moment to pat, hug, kiss your pet, tell them you love them, sometimes in our busy lives its so easy to take them for granted, life is short & even shorter for our pets, so heres a huge shout out to all the wonderful pets that have brought so much love & laughter into our hearts 💕

This cool fella got to hang out with us last week in the Dogo Hotel.
These two young ones had a ball together but they played like they already knew each other... turns our this boy was in the same pound the same time as our girl a few months ago!

Last night this boy snuck on the bed, gently curled up & hid his big strong head under my arm during the thunderstorm 🌩🌨💨
This is the first time hes done this in 9 years.

Maybe he was scared

Maybe he knew I was worried about our chickens outside

Or perhaps he remembers that's what my old girl used to do every storm for 14 years & has now taken her place, this was the first big storm since she has passed away.

But no matter the reason, this boy has a heart of gold 💛

But sadly because of the 'shape' of his face he's automatically classed as dangerous aggressive breed & under the new law we would of never been able to rescue him from the pound or any other dog & give them the life they deserve, instead these beautiful loving companions wont even get that chance & will be euthanised 😥

Please please help the SPCA to stop this nonsense

The New Zealand Government: Join SPCA's fight to save innocent lives

Please please sign this petition & share it far & wide.
A lot of you will have beautiful loving dogs that under this law, would never get a second chance, we cannot let this happen!
I know for a fact that our two gorgeous dogs would never have got their chance out of the pound if this law was in place 😥
