We are a husband and wife team, Kaz and Blake, who moved to Tawa from Woburn earlier this year. We have a 4 yo son, Teddy, a lab X staffy X ridgeback Bo, and 2 cats, Frankie and Hazel (a temporary family member while her lovely owner is away overseas). re not lonely. Blake works as a registered health professional at Wellington Hospital, so he is detail oriented and is an excellent handyman. We are both fully vaccinated. As animal lovers and owners, we understand it's not easy to put your pets and home into the care of other people. We take the responsibility of pet minding seriously. Blake is a HUGE cat lover. Kaz likes cats too, but not as much as she adores dogs! Animal care is a real passion of ours. We have both owned pets extensively throughout our lives, mainly cats, but also fresh water fish, rabbits, guinea pigs and dogs. We have also attended training courses for our dog through Canine Solutions. We know pets are much more settled when they are in their own home and they are with someone who respects their space while their owner is away. We are happy to accommodate to your special requests regarding your pets. We understand that a person's home is very much a prized possession. Kaz has a green thumb and extensive indoor plant collection, and will be happy to keep to a list of tasks to ensure your indoor plants and gardens are taken care of while you are away. With multiple pets of our own, plus a young child, we know pet messes can happen from time to time. We own a carpet and upholstery cleaner, so if there are any accidents inside while you're away, we will do our best to take care of it for you. If you would like regular updates about how your pets and home are doing, we are more than happy to do that as well - we like to send photos and little updates on how your furry (or not furry) family members are getting on. This is a complimentary service we like to provide our lovely clients. We would love to hear from you if you feel we would be a good fit. One home visit a day:
Book this for us to stop by your home to feed, medicate if needed, and play with your pet/s. We will also bring in the mail and do a property check to ensure everything is in order.
$20/day, $5/ day extra per additional pet. Two home visits a day:
Two drop-in visits for your pet, medicate if needed, play and snuggles, mail retrieval, property check, plus curtain close/ open.
$35/ day, $5/ day extra per additional pet. Plant care/ watering service POA
