HUMANITY VS. VANITY POLICY
Your dogs comfort is our first priority. We will make every effort to make your dogs visit as pleasant as possible.
Because of this we do not offer de-matting. If your pet is severly matted, we will shave them, no exceptions.
You will be notified beforehand. Matting is extremely painful and can result in injury, stress and trauma. Shaving off a matted coat is an act of kindness and your pet will thank you for it.
Shaving a dog will dramatically change their appearance.
If you want your dog to be left long, you must do your part at home to maintain their coat. We will do our part at pick up to educate owners on how to do this correctly. Please understand that we only want what is best for your dog.
