TRANSPLANTING COMPLETE!

Throughout the weekend, Agri-Minds was able to transplant hundreds of lettuce seedlings. In a few weeks time, these seedlings will be ready for harvest.

WHAT EXACTLY IS HYDROPONICS? 🌱

Hydroponics is a soil-less farming suited for urban environments. It is a sustainable and convenient method of agriculture due to its less water and pesticide consumption, and the ability to be set up anywhere. This is what Agri-Minds has utilized in order to grow and provide fresh and crispy lettuce to our valued customers.

Through our collective effort and the help of a volunteer, we were able to transplant more than 360 seedlings from the seedling tray to the net cups in just a few hours! These cute lettuce seedlings have been placed into the hydroponics system, and will grow to be our 3rd batch of lettuce when it will eventually mature and be ready for harvest
