Our animal shelter is very grateful to AKELCO for allowing us to place donation boxes in each of their branches. We also thank all the AKELCO staff for their assistance. We are also very thankful to the consumers who contribute to the donation boxes. We have collected a total of 6,840 pesos over the past 10 months. All the collected funds will be used to feed the animals in the shelter. God bless you all. 🙏🏻🫶❤️🐕‍🦺🐕🐶🐾🐈‍⬛🐈🐱😻

🚨 URGENT: BAARC NEEDS YOU! 🚨

We’re at a breaking point. Without dedicated, long-term volunteers, we can’t continue rescuing or caring for a single animal. Our resources are stretched too thin, and without more hands-on help, we will have to pause our rescue efforts entirely. 💔

This is a crisis – and we need people who are ready to commit to being part of BAARC's core team. If you’re not serious about helping long-term, this may not be the right fit. But if you truly care about animal welfare and are ready to make a real difference, now’s the time.

Volunteer roles urgently needed:
🐾 Shelter Support (daily care for our animals, cleaning, and feeding)
🐾 Adoption Coordinators (help us find forever homes!)
🐾 Fundraising & Donor Relations (organize events, connect with sponsors)
🐾 Social Media & Communications (manage posts, spread awareness, help us reach more people!)
🐾 Administrative Help (behind-the-scenes support)

You don’t need to be on the island to help! There are so many ways you can make a difference remotely, from social media management to coordinating fundraising efforts. 🙌

We’re looking for people who are in it for the long haul. Our animals deserve stability, and without volunteers who can commit, they won’t have it. We simply cannot rescue more animals until we build a reliable volunteer team. 🐕🐈

There was blood in the dachshund's p**p and she didn't make it to the vet.

I think it was the reason why she was found on the street. She was already sick. Maybe parvo. Pls. be responsible owner. If your dogs are sick pls. bring them to vet. 🥺😢

Every small contribution matters! 🐾 Join us in providing these stray cats the opportunity for a healthier and happier life by supporting their neutering efforts.

Two sister cats were abandoned by their stray mother near our backyard storage shed. They are timid and fearful. We have been providing them with food and water, allowing them to rest in the shed. Over time, the sisters have matured and given birth to kittens, who in turn will also grow up to have their own litters. Please assist us in breaking this ongoing cycle!

We have reached out to a veterinarian who has agreed to spay these cats for a discounted price of P8000(4000 each), which includes aftercare medications. Your assistance in breaking this ongoing cycle would be greatly appreciated. ❤️
