“Meowrahae 💜🧡” - RAMEN

Congratulations to Chelli on her first adoption. Chelli started rescuing and fostering kittens during the pandemic, with Soba being the first.
There are fines in her previous building for keeping cats, and she got fined ₱12k total before finding a pet-friendly condo unit.
We hope that Ramen will usher in more adopters of her fosters. We will hear from another of her fosters in the coming days.
