Midweek laundry run!

I get asked often how much to feed as many think free feeding is best. But if we try to diversify the diet for the mental and physiological wellness of our birds, we need to consider portion sizes so they don’t just pick out their favorites. The tbsp method is what I prefer as a FOUNDATION TO BUILD ON. If they consume most or all of this quickly, you can always add a bit more knowing they’re taking advantage of the various food items you’re providing. Remember that the best nutrients are from whole, unprocessed food!
