蔻弟4歲2月 雄性 柴犬，金型體質。他是從工廠門邊被救出來的，在有塑膠蓋的小籠子裡已經生活了1.5年。

因過度舔毛而四肢禿毛。蔻弟也接受一些抗組織胺和類固醇治療，並服用阿米替林amitriptyline 。之後他出現便秘、嗜睡、共濟失調等症狀。主人停止所有用藥並尋求中獸醫治療。
