THREE RESCUE KITTENS STERILIZED.
At Vetpal Animal Clinic, we assisted in the sterilisation of 3 kittens from Cat Cradle Rescue Uganda. Our pet clinic has a tradition of using a portion of its earnings to help animals in need. This makes us feel really satisfied. The three kittens were brought back to the shelter, where they will remain until they can go into their new, devoted homes.

Free Community Clinic in Mpigi,
With our partners, we vaccinated (against Rabies) 403 needy pets and sterilized 67 in the Mpigi district. We intend to also extend professional vet care to the last needy pet who would never have a chance without us. Thank you so much for your support

This is our biggest inspiration. We know that there are many pets out there ho would never get a chance to see a vet. That’s where we come in, to extend free professional veterinary services to pets that are needy. There are so many pets that would never get a chance to get as small as a rabies vaccine. These are the ones we focus to help. We are making great progress already…

FREE RABIES VACCINATION& PET STERILIZATION CAMP IN MATUGA
We worked with , Vet students and Vet volunteers to conduct a free sterilization & vaccination campaign in Matuga (Kampala).Over 300 pets were vaccinated against rabies and over 40 sterilized for free.

We hope to support more pets that would not get a chance to access vet services if it was not for the our charity activities (Needy pets clinic). Every life matters.

Today we helped spay 3female dogs at the USPCA. This is a great way to start the new year. At least the three females will never ever contribute to the puppy population again. This is the most sustainable way of controlling stray pet population and rabies spread..

This is Max, a 2 year old. My heart melted when I saw this nonhealing, bleeding and infected growth hunging from her private parts. Max had been brought by her lovely owner to the one day community clinic at Jakana (Kawempe) for a rabies vaccine.

This poor mama attracted my attention and feelings. When I interacted with the 16year old owner, a touching story about Max was narrated. She has had this mass for over 2years. She has had 3 litters since. No treatment was given since the owner could not afford the Lowest vet fees however much he loved.

In trying to help, I recommended an immediate spay surgery for the poor mama and start on her 4weeks treatment plan against this cancerous growth which was initiated immediately . The organizers of the community clinic funded the whole treatment course. She got her first dose of anticancer treatment today after her spay surgery performed by myself. She will need more 3 doses at an interval of 7days and hopefully she will overcome.

This condition is called TVT. It spreads throughout mating and can be prevented by safe birth control for your dog. The condition can be treated completely by a licensed Veterinarian.
