WVA/MSD Veterinary Student Scholarship 2024
The WVA and MSD Animal Health are delighted to announce the 2024 Veterinary Student Scholarship Program which will attribute 40 scholarships to veterinary students around the globe to improve their academic experience.

WVA and MSD continue their successful collaboration and launch the 2024 Veterinary Student Scholarship Program for a slot of 40 scholarships of US$ 5000 (of a total of $200,000) to be granted to selected students from countries in the regions of Latin America, Africa, North Africa/Middle East and Asia/Oceania.

Eligibility
Be a citizen or a student in one of the countries under the grant coverage.
Not have been a prior recipient of any WVA/MSD Animal Health scholarship grants.
Currently matriculated to the academic year 2024-2025 at a recognised school of veterinary medicine.
Have completed all first-year exams.
Be registered in the second or third-year year of your school veterinary programme (or later years if the program is longer than 4 years).
Not be a first or last-year student.
Be allowed to receive international funds under the SWIFT system at a bank account registered to your name.
Only applications in English are accepted; applications in other languages will not be considered.
Tell your story and use your own words, limit your use of AI. Anyone can fill in an application, what sets you apart?
Reviews and deliberation
Applications will be reviewed by a sub group of the WVA Working Group on Veterinary Education. The announcement of the selected students will be done online. Winners’ profile image, name and region will be displayed publicly in the announcements.

Deadline for application
Completed applications must be submitted by the 8th of November 2024, 12:00 pm (CET).
