We had a last-minute request for barn time before school starts next week, and we can't resist having our friends visit -- so here we go! We still have a couple spots left if your kiddo would like to join us for an unmounted (no riding) morning at the barn this coming Tuesday. Reach out via DM or email with questions or to register!

One of our volunteers (spoiler alert: Abigail's kid, who grew up learning from Kelly!) had a pretty fantastic weekend. Hard work pays off, and so does taking great care of your pony.

AJ Korka and her 19-year-old Thoroughbred gelding (High Yield x Prosper) are this week's featured pair! This dynamic duo won their Junior Novice division at the Ocala International Festival of Eventing this past weekend on a low score of 19 🤩

AJ shared the following: "I’m so proud of Sully, and he tried his heart out all weekend. Ocala was his second Novice ever and mine as well. It was incredible to see all our hard work pay off in the dressage with a personal best of 18.6! Even at 19 years young and after a solid racing career, he is still ready for more. Thank you so much to Denise Goyea and Meredith Scarlet for everything they’ve done for us. So excited to see where the rest of the season takes us after we head back home to Area I!"

A happy ending to a story for you today! Two days ago, our adventuresome cat Bridle got a little too brave, and climbed far up into the tree behind the indoor. Once there, she decided she was not so brave after all. We tried all sorts of things to entice her down, even one branch, to no avail. But yesterday, a friend of our barn manager climbed up the ladder and then up the TREE to carry her down to safety. She’s doing great, and we are super grateful!
