Payments MUST be made in FULL the day prior to scheduled Sitting Service Date/Dates.
Sitting Services will not be rendered if payment is not made in full the day prior to scheduled service date/dates. If client is paying via cash , cash MUST be left in full at residence of client in which services are scheduled, if cash payment is not left for service, Dog Sitting By Amanda reserves the right to decline services if owner fails to leave cash or pay in full a day prior to scheduled visits, Owner will be immediately contacted to return home to provide full payment or make immediate payment in full via Cash App or Venmo if unable to return for payment in person, If payment is not able to be paid in full, owner will be required to make immediate alternate accommodations for pet/pets.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Drop In Daily Visits:
Clients who have booked days for drop in daily visits will not be credited or refunded for any days cancelled with less than a 72 hour notice, this includes clients who arrive back home early. If I have reserved days for you and I am not notified at least 3 days before an early return or cancellation, Iโm unable to book someone else for these days in such a short period and I lose that income. I have reserved these days especially for you.
An AUTOMATIC 25% cancellation fee applies to ALL Overnight Service Days
& ALL service days booked on and around major holidays,
Clients with REOCCURRING SCHEDULES/BOOKINGS with Dog Sitting By Amanda,must cancel or make any changes to schedule 2 weeks ( 14 days ) in advance to avoid being charged a 25% cancellation fee ! Less than a two week cancellation notice or change in schedule will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. NO EXCEPTIONS
