Pros:
gentle, gentle, gentle, gentle. Did I mention he’s gentle? Has been teaching young riders walk, trot, canter. Perfect husband horse. Will trot down the shoreline at the beach, he’ll play in the rivers and creeks, he’ll ride in the woods all day long on a loose reign. Has nice gentle moves for basic dressage. Will happily jump some logs or just walk over them. English or western, doesn’t care. He prefers a simple snaffle bit. Will ride ba****ck. Nice lofty hunter styled movement. Just a solid minded fella. This one will make me cry when he leaves but he must go. Barefoot and exist on an easy diet. Lives on a very easy diet. Up to date on everything. He would be an amazing asset to a lesson program. Leads, loads, ties, bathes, etc

Cons:
Has a small bit of arthritis in his left front pastern . He’s been injected. Never lame but may or may not need maintenance in the future. Could handle lower level work but please
No one needing anything over 2ft apply.

Gentle giant. Not a bad bone in his body. Had been teaching beginners to W,T,C & trail ride. Ridden in the woods, country highways, clay roads, beach…. Always in a snaffle. Just a sweetheart. Started over cross rails and small logs. No solid experience jumping though. Loves water. Small spot of arthritis in front left pastern. Recent xray and injection to help. Sound and sweet. Would make a great lesson horse. Lovely easy gaits to sit. Moving, Must move ASAP. Make an offer.

This kid is amazing. Miss Julie works so hard. New is a tough horse to ride bc of his huge step. Today Julie learned to pick up her correct diagonal. Her little legs are trying so hard to learn to post. I'm equally as impressed with this horse. New is such a lamb and so patient with every kid.

Last week I met Tamara Feldman( www.andsoiride.com ) who is riding from Savannah to California via hwy 80. My kids and I rode 19 miles with her on her first day. Day 2 was pretty hard as her horse spiked some behavior issues. So we decided I'd bring her back to my farm for some R&R for her and boot camp for Bo her horse. He rested and struck at my trailer when I went to pick him up. Day#2 of boot camp and here's a sneak peek of our progress.

What a beautiful day! A ring full of little girls practicing to make dreams of blue ribbons come true, an owner going for his first solo ride and a little girl brushing, tacking and rising her first horse. A long full day that began at 7 am and still hasn't ended. Barn sleepover tonight in prep for our first show of the year!!! Here's to having 5 little girls camping out in our living room watching heartland. Crafts and brownie sundae time. Have a great night you all!
