WE ARE OPEN!
“When it's that deep green color and the smell makes you hungry, it's done.” Needless to say, we’re hungry all day!
The secret to our perfect roast is more of a “gut feeling.” The right amount of heat gauged by the color of the tip of the flame, combined with the speed of our tumbler of which we've honed, achieves that perfect deep green color. The signature touch is knowing that particular finished-smell that is not at all burnt. Stop by - 8:30am to 5:30pm.
