Payment Plan/Holds
To secure a hold, a payment of 25% of the total cost of desired animal(s) (Shipping not included). Once deposit is made buyer has 4 weeks
, starting the day deposit was made, to pay the full amount (including shipping). Orders over $500.00+ (including shipping) are subject to exclusive payment plans. If the 4 week period ends, and we have not received the final payment all funds will be converted into store credit and all animals held will become available to the public. Payment
Payments can be sent via www.paypal.com to [email protected] for all online sales. Payment in the form of cash is accepted for local sales only. Shipping
Live arrival is guaranteed! Shipping is a flat fee of $55. All orders over $600.00 qualify for free shipping. All shipments are booked through www.shipyourreptiles.com. Each order must be paid in full in order to process a shipment. We cover the cost of On-Time and Live Arrival Insurance offered through SYR. All shipments will require a signature upon arrival and must be accepted on the first attempt of delivery otherwise all guarantees are void. It is buyer’s responsibility to be present on the scheduled date and time of delivery. Buyer must confirm package was received within 1 hour of receiving via email to [email protected] for any guarantees to be valid. All shipments are subject to be rescheduled at any time for any reason. Health Guarantee
All animals have a 7 day health guarantee. The time frame begins the day and exact time the animal is received. If it is decided, by Peace of Gecko, that animals are not being properly cared for in the 7 day period, all guarantees are void. Photos of deceased animals are required for refund consideration, and must be taken to standard as determined by Joshua Barker. Lost tails do not qualify as a health related issue. If for any reason a package is received and there are immediate health related issues present, buyer must notify us via email at [email protected] within an hour of receiving a package for any guarantees to be honored. Refund/Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Deposits and shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are circumstantial and never guaranteed. If a refund is requested on an animal over $200 due to health related issues, a vet examination (clinic must be approved by Peace of Gecko) is required for consideration. We do not accept returns of any kind due to anything other than health related issues. Health guarantee claims, after being approved, may receive a replacement animal or store credit. Shipping costs for replacement animals is at the buyer’s expense. If there is any issue concerning the health of any animal and a claim for a refund or exchange is filed, it must be kept private. Posting anything involving the transaction in any public social networking site without first contacting and getting a response from us, automatically voids any guarantee. Trades
Trades are always welcome. Once a legitimate trade is agreed upon by both parties a shipping date for both animals will be scheduled. We will meet you to avoid shipping if possible! Peace of Gecko must receive traded goods/animals prior to sending any. Once it is confirmed that what was agreed upon has been received we will send out our end of the trade. This is to ensure we are not scammed and is required for any trade deals. Trade transactions subject to TOS and final. Breeder Loans
Local offers only. If a loan is desired, owner must be willing to send their geckos to our facility. We do not allow our geckos out of our care for security purposes. If the loan consists of splitting the offspring, each fertile clutch of eggs is to be split between both parties upon discovery. This is the only way to maintain a fair opportunity at the offspring without any bias due to seeing the offspring. Eggs must be split between both parties as soon ASAP, each party is responsible for incubating their own eggs. All parties involved will receive notification of each laid clutch within 24 hours of discovery. Each party is responsible for the care and incubation of their own eggs.
